the problem you’re having isn’t specific to the model. it’s that your wand is broken. the wire inside isn’t supposed to be exposed, but they break down alllllll the time, leaving the wire sticking out. this causes things to get caught on it, clogging the vacuum pretty often. the solution is to get a new wand. 1.
